Our founder, Sera Sadrettin, is a seasoned executive leader with over 25 years’ experience in asset management, specialising in Private Assets, Global Corporate Strategy & Development, and Investment Fund & Corporate Financial Control and Operations. She has an extensive track record of designing and implementing robust governance structures and scalable operating models to support the entire asset management value chain.
Sera’s career includes senior leadership roles with several leading global asset managers, including 10 years at M&G plc as Head of International Finance and Director of International Corporate Development & Strategy, and 5 years at Fidelity International as a founding member and Senior Director of the Private Assets business. She is renowned for defining bold strategies and building strong foundations that accelerate growth, selecting and developing high-performing teams, designing and implementing innovative, scalable operating models, and leading complex international expansions and hybrid (public/private) product solutions.
